Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
This policy covers the Rush Squad game for iPhone and Android, and this website. Rush Squad is made and published by Alameer Ashraf ("we"). You can reach us at support@rushsquad.app.
The short version
- You don't need an account, and the game never asks for your name or email.
- Your progress is saved on your phone and is not sent to us.
- The game has no analytics and no tracking.
- This version shows sample ads and sample purchases only. They don't connect to any ad network or payment service.
What the game saves on your phone
So you can pick up where you left off, the game saves these on your device only:
- Your level, coins and best squad size
- Skins you've earned and the skin you're wearing
- What's in your kit, and your daily reward streak
- Progress in the current boss fight
- Whether you've played before, and whether you have the full app
- Your Sound, Music and Haptics settings
None of this identifies you, and we can't see it.
What we collect
Through the game, nothing. We run no game servers. The game doesn't collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device ID or advertising ID, and it doesn't share or sell data, because it doesn't send any to us or to anyone else.
Phone permissions
On iPhone the game asks for no permissions. On Android the game lists two that need no prompt: vibration, for the Haptics setting, and internet access, which the app framework includes. This version doesn't use internet access to send data.
The game can't reach your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.
Ads and purchases
Ads and purchases in this version are samples. No ad network is connected and no payment is taken.
Before real ads or purchases go live, we'll update this policy to name each company involved, what data it receives and why, and how you can say no. If the game then needs your permission for anything, it will ask first. Payments will always be handled by Apple or Google, and we won't see your card details.
Phone backups
If iCloud Backup or Android backup is on, your phone may include the game's saved progress in its own backup. That backup belongs to your Apple or Google account, and we can't see it. You control it in your phone's settings.
Keeping and deleting your data
Saved progress stays on your phone until you remove it. Deleting the game removes it. See how to delete your data for each phone. Because we hold no game data about you, there's nothing on our side to delete, except any emails you've sent us.
Children
The game doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. It has no accounts, chat or way to share information with other players. If you're a parent and you think your child has sent us personal information by email, write to us and we'll delete it.
If you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it only to answer you, keep it only as long as we need it for that, and delete it when you ask. We don't share it, unless the law requires us to.
This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, shows no ads and loads no third-party trackers. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself. The company that hosts it may keep short-lived server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Security
Your progress stays inside the game's private storage on your phone, protected by your phone's own security. This website is served over HTTPS. No method of storage or sending is perfect, which is one reason we keep no game data about you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and California, you may have the right to see, correct or delete personal data held about you, to object to its use, and to complain to your data protection authority. The only personal data we could hold is the email you've sent us. Write to us to use any of these rights, and we'll answer for free. We don't sell personal data.
Changes to this policy
When the game or this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change affects how your data is used, the game will tell you before it applies.
